Amy understands the complexities as it relates to compliance brought on by PPACA, and other compliance related issues including 5500 filing, ERISA plan documentation, MSP reporting, and non-discrimination testing. She assists employers with making practical application of current regulations and guides them through the maze of filing complexities.

With over twenty years of experience, Amy began her career as a Flex Administrator working with pension and retirement plans creating the personal discipline needed to ensure that administrative procedures and plan documents work together to comply with current IRS regulations. This partnered with her ability to help clients develop logical procedures along with a checks and balance system provides the parameters needed for employers to achieve and maintain compliance. Amy’s attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information in a simplified manner provides the confidence employers need.

For questions regarding FSA’s, call Amy. Amy is an authority on FSA’s and their administration. The proposed regulations by the IRS make this a particularly complex service to manage. Some of those complexities surround the management of the deduction methodology, non-discrimination testing, identifying qualified reimbursements, and managing the newer regulations regarding carry over’s and grace periods.

Amy also adds her expertise in the varied responsibilities needed to effectively manage accounts including new account installation, renewal coordination, interpretation and internal training of current legislation and new IRS Notices, and technical support.

Amy holds her life/health insurance license and her GBDS certification (Group Benefits Disability Specialist). Happily married for over 20 years she lives in Allentown along with her son and enjoys time with family and friends. Amy enjoys baking, an eclectic combination of music, and classic movies.
