With over twenty years of experience, Amy began her career as a Flex Administrator working with pension and retirement plans creating the personal discipline needed to ensure that administrative procedures and plan documents work together to comply with current IRS regulations. This partnered with her ability to help clients develop logical procedures along with a checks and balance system provides the parameters needed for employers to achieve and maintain compliance. Amy’s attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information in a simplified manner provides the confidence employers need.
