Our business relationship began in 2008 with the introduction of a Qualified High Deductible Health Plan including Health Savings Accounts for the owners and a Health Reimbursement Arrangement for staff. First year savings of 30% were followed by a change in health insurer in 2009 to achieve an additional premium savings of 25%. Employees receive 100% reimbursement of the first half of their deductible along with multiple years of Payroll Contribution Reductions. Health plan costs are 30% below the Kaiser / HRET Study national average.
