Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Regina attended LaSalle College where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. While attending LaSalle, Regina served as Vice President of Phi Gamma Nu, a national business sorority. Regina also earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
Upon her graduation from college, Regina served in Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) in South Bend, Indiana. She was a community activist representing the neighborhood where she lived at city council meetings, wrote a column for the local newspaper and organized a food co-op for local farmers.
Regina began her insurance career in 1980 with State Farm Insurance Company as a claim’s adjuster in the Philadelphia Claims Office. In 1983 she became an Operations Manager at a large State Farm Insurance Agency. In 1985, Regina assumed the position of Underwriting Services Supervisor with the CIGNA Companies. She was promoted to Claim’s Services Manager in 1986, then to General Services Manager for the New Jersey Regional Office in 1987. She was then promoted, in 1988 to an Agency Management Consultant in the Philadelphia headquarters, where she traveled the country providing consulting services to key and traditional agents, in the areas of operations management, automation, mergers and acquisitions. Regina then moved into the position of Training Consultant in 1990, where she specialized in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing training.
In 1994, Regina left Cigna to spend time raising her children and working as a partner in her husband’s landscaping company. In 2008 Regina joined J.P. Warner Associates, Inc. Regina is a Pennsylvania licensed Property & Casualty producer.
Regina resides in Kimberton, PA with her husband, Rob and their two children, Bridget and Danny.
