For more than 15 years as Warner Benefits Managing Director, Robyn is responsible for corporate operations including Client Retention, Account Management Training, Service and Product Development, and Employee Relations.

Her focus is establishing a professional environment setting the stage for Warner Benefits to deliver customized employee benefit program strategies and solutions to a wide variety of businesses. With her Team, Robyn works with clients of all sizes including large self-funded, national accounts, delivering plan design consultation, network analysis, implementation of new plans, employee meetings/communications, and on site client service suport.

Additionally, as part of the Warner family of companies, Robyn also acts as COO for Human Resource Administrators, Inc. a Third Party Administrator where her responsibilities include overseeing Account Management , Operations, and New Business Development. Robyn’s oversight ensures smooth operations for both entities while supporting the companies other strategic business alliances and partnerships.

With 25 years experience in the insurance industry, she embraces the nuances of medical plan design and delivering creative solutions to help employers manage employee relations and health plan costs. Robyn is a subject matter expert on the varied compliance requirements that surrond ACA, FSA, HRA, and HSA’s. She understands the complexities employers face and works to deliver holistic solutions that meet the needs of employees.

Robyn was raised in Easton, PA and currently resides in Kimberton, PA with her two sons. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Management and is a licensed Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities Agent. She is a member of International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans, Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters and Key Players C12 Group.
